This is a tool for making a simple animation, by switching between a number of pictures.

You will find at the back of the bear a robot working with this box:

The robot keeps changing the looks of the front picture to the next picture in the box in the middle hole. Each of these pictures are slightly different, that is why it looks like the bear is "dancing".

To make the robot work with your own series of pictures, simply exchange the list of pictures in the middle hole. The list can be as long as you like, meaning that you can make more complicated animations if you want to.

You should not change the picture in the first hole of the box, that one is needed for the animation to work!

The last hole in the box is for speeding up or slowing down the animation.
